Elevate® Gold 7990 NBV HT is a sulfite gold solution that operates at a unique slightly acidic pH. This process does not use metallic grain refiners such as arsenic and thallium making it a very safe fab friendly solution.
The process offers many advantages over other sulfite gold baths including longer bath life, improved step coverage, optimum coplanarity and excellent bath stability.
It has been successfully used on all production level tool sets.
