Elevate® Indium 4900 is a unique process for electroplating a high purity indium deposit with exceptional throwing power, high efficiency (>90%) and optimum grain structure.
The chemistry is capable of producing thick deposits with a tight crystalline grain from an electrolyte that is slightly acidic (2.1 – 2.8)
A PPR rectifier is recommended to produce optimum grain structure.
The process has been qualified by NCAP in China and is being qualified by multiple customers in the US.
Elevate Indium 4900 is being tested as part of the MATQu (Materials for Quantum Computing) Project being led by IMEC.
